Our Heather honey is produced by our bees during August and harvested in September from various glens in Scotland, from Kilberry to Inverclyde to Strathearn and beyond.
Calluna Ling Heather is a unique and very distinct honey - in terms of health properties and active content, its arguable better than the much revered Manuka honey.

Another wonderfully balanced honey from Glen Heather Honey. Just the right amount of heather flavour without being in your face and aggressive. There is also a subtle peaty after taste that would normally be lost in other overly strong flavoured heather honeys. This has a wonderful texture sitting right between a runny and thick honey
The best honey I've tasted (including honey from the middle East and New Zealand) it gives all the honey flavour you want. I have to have at least one teaspoon every day!
