Been looking around for local honey for a while and came across Glen Heather Honey, i can confidently i will not be returning to supermarket honey ever again.. the taste, the texture, the runny honey is absolutely divine!
My sister, who lives in EK, bought me a jar of this honey to put in with my birthday gifts. Needless to say i will be buying my Honey from this source from now on. I was stunned by the taste and actually now know that i will never buy any shop honey in my life again. I have felt the bebefit of taking this honey, one way i have taken it is straight from the jar, 2ith a spoon, absolutely delicious. I can guarantee, once you try this honey you will never buy supermarket honey again.
Discovered at a Christmas fayre, been regular customer ever since, honey is always superb, service excellent too, on the very very rare instances of incorrect order, it has been dealt with quickly and rectified just as quickly, have and will continue recommend this honey to whomever I converse on the subject of honey... Highly recommended...
The honey sooo much better than the commercial stuff like Rowse etc, it's light flavourful and floral, unfortunately delivery is a bit odd, either buy from farm shops far away, or get via RM but the producer is only a very short distance from me, so many road miles added on for such a local product.
This honey tastes delicious, nothing like big brand supermarket stuff. Can taste the flowers, subtle and sweet. I wanted local honey as it’s supposed to be a natural antidote to hayfever so I’m eating this like medicine - two or three spoonfuls a day!
