Turmeric is rich in phytonutrients (curcumin) that may protect the body by neutralizing free radicals, shielding the cells from damage.

Research suggests that curcumin can help in the management of oxidative and inflammatory conditions, metabolic syndrome, arthritis, anxiety, and hyperlipidemia.

It may also help in the management of exercise-induced inflammation and muscle soreness, thus enhancing recovery and subsequent performance in active people.

Piperine increases the bioavailability of curcumin by 2000%, which is why we pair our turmeric with the finest black pepper.

 Black Pepper

We use the finest organic ground Black Pepper from Ausha.  The key alkaloid piperine assists in cognitive brain functioning, boost nutrient's absorption (up to 2000% for curcumin in turmeric) and improves gastrointestinal functionality.

Black pepper is an important healthy food owing to its antioxidant, antimicrobial potential and gastro-protective modules.

Black pepper, with piperine as an active ingredient, holds rich phytochemistry that also includes volatile oil, oleoresins, and alkaloids. More recently, cell-culture studies and animal modeling predicted the role of black pepper against number of maladies. The free-radical scavenging activity of black pepper and its active ingredients might be helpful in chemoprevention and controlling progression of tumor growth

 Ginger

We use the finest organic ginger powder from Ausha.  The many benefits of ginger include anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea and anti-oxidant.

Most importantly, it tastes great.

A daily dose of ginger may help you battle your bad or LDL cholesterol levels.

The clinical effects of ginger have been introduced as six subsections: nausea and vomiting, gastrointestinal function, pain, inflammation, metabolic syndromes, and other symptoms.

 Honey

We use our raw summer wildflower blossom honey as the base for our Turmeric Fusion.

Honey is a super anti-inflammatory and has many beneficial properties.

Honey is also a natural preservative and locks in the goodness in the ground spices.  Once a spice is ground it looses its potency, over time, due to oxidisation, infusing in honey stops this process, meaning you get the full impact of their goodness.
