Most years it shows distinct tastes from the many Lindon trees, known as lime trees due to the shape of their leafs. Light floral tones and some consider this the finest tasting summer honey.

Watched a documentary about supermarket honey's widespread issues with use of honey flavoured syrup and decided to look up my local beekeper. Tried eaglesham honey and was blown away by the depth of flavour. Also being from the local trees and flowers, i feel connected to the product which is addionaly satisfying! Never going back to cheap supermarket honey!!
Have been purchasing this honey along with East Kilbride Wildflower for a few years now, love the taste of both and wouldn't consider any others. Also great to purchase and support the local suppliers.
Have to say that all the honey from Glen Heather is fabulous - a tasty treat and so good for you. This is one of my favs as it’s just up the road from me, the fact that it’s delicious also helps ☺️

Tastes like the smell of flowers if you get what I mean.
