Our runny blossom honey is collected from our bees after the main summer flowering season ends in August.
Our bees forage across the great Scottish glens and lowland areas, where the air and water are fresh and pure. Collecting nectar from a wide variety of flora, to produce the finest freshest tasting honey.
Our honey is taken raw from the honeycombs, cold strained and jarred in its natural pure form for your enjoyment.

One of my favourites (although I do love all the varieties Glen Heather produce) - this one is light and has such a natural sweetness to it unlike the processed rubbish available in super markets. We use it in porridge, coffee and pretty much everything instead of sugar. And a little spoonful at night to help sleep (well that’s my excuse anyway!)
