Our bees forage across the great Scottish glens and lowland areas, where the air and water are fresh and pure. Collecting nectar from a wide variety of flora, to produce the finest freshest tasting honey.
Our honey is taken raw from the honeycombs, cold strained and jarred in its natural pure form for your enjoyment.

I had so many questions about this honey and every single Q was kindly answered in great detail by Chris. Having always purchased an organic honey from Zambia, I decided it was time to support a local scottish business and reap the benefits of consuming local honey. Have to say, this honey did not disappoint. Bulk bought for myself, well priced and Chris has even invited us to come see the bees if we like since the hives are closeby, I may bring my niece to see them! Really struggling to stick to a minimum of one tsp a day. My spoon has a bad habit of repeatedly falling into the jar.
Was given a jar as a gift from a friend. Absolutely lovely stuff. Not to over powering with a lively subtle taste to it. Works great drizzled over fruit and yoghurt or spread or warm toast. It is that good i'm tempted to just stick a straw in the jar drink it!!
This honey has beautiful subtle blossom flavours. It's well balanced with no dominating flavour You can really taste the blend of different flowers. After trying this I won't go back to supermarket honey!!
