A medium heat, with fruity scotch bonnet tones, is a subtle enhancement to our summer blossom honey. The fresh and finely chopped chillis infuse the honey and give a crunchy fresh texture.
We love it drizzled over pizza, spaghetti bolognese and cheese toasties. We think it'd be great in stir frys, chicken dishes and fish. Give it a go and let us know your favourite dish.

Wowza this is gorgeous, i have used it as a marinade for meats or as a side with cooked meats such as lamb , steak and chicken . Great mixed with oil as a salad dressing and quite tasty with strawberries and ice cream (unusual and interesting as well as tasty.
It tastes amazing and I tried a little in a savoury diash which was really good.
Purchased honey in Dundee recently lovely product have now reordered. Highly recommend.😘
