We launched our new chilli honey at Glasgow Briggait craft fair last weekend.
Customers loved it, some so much they couldn't speak for a bit.

Its hot, but not too hot (in our opinion).
With finely chopped fresh scotch bonnet chillis, its certainly got fruity heat, but the calming affect of our summer blossom honey, gives a beautiful balance.
